1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 2ezbet Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 2ezbet account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 2ezbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Termination

2ezbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A request or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, 2ezbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balances associated with prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required KYC verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 2ezbet support. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 2ezbet Platform shall first be submitted to 2ezbet's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

2ezbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 2ezbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
